Terms of Service: Returns, Exchanges & Fulfillment Policy
Masters Gentleman’s Club
1. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment Model
All products sold through Masters Gentleman’s Club are fulfilled using a print-on-demand production method. Each item is custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of these products, our return and exchange policies differ from standard retail models.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following fulfillment, return, and refund terms.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom production process, Masters Gentleman’s Club does not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Incorrect size, color, or product variant chosen by the customer at checkout.

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after placing the order.
-
The product is delivered as ordered but the customer wants a different variation.

Orders returned due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable shipping address. (In such cases, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Reprints are available at the customer’s expense.)
3. Accepted Claims for Replacement or Refund
Masters Gentleman’s Club will provide a free reprint or a full refund in the following valid scenarios:
Eligible Scenarios:

The product arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects.

The wrong item, size, color, or design is received.
-
The item is lost or damaged during transit.
4. How to File a Claim
To request a reprint or refund, please follow the steps below:

Report the issue within:

30 days of delivery for domestic (U.S.) orders

45 days of delivery for international orders
-
Contact Masters Gentleman’s Club through our official support channel or by email.

Include:

Your original order number
-
A detailed explanation of the issue
-
Clear photo or video proof showing the problem
-
No return is required for damaged or incorrect products.
Additional documentation may be requested if submitted evidence is unclear or insufficient.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed as follows:

By default, refunds are applied to your Masters Gentleman’s Club account balance (if applicable).

You may request the refund to be returned to your original payment method.

If your original transaction was not in USD, the refund will go directly back to the original payment source (e.g., debit/credit card or PayPal).
6. Important Notes & Limitations

Claims related to low-quality, low-resolution, or improperly prepared artwork submitted by the customer will notbe eligible for refunds or reprints.

Minor inconsistencies in design placement (under 1 inch) are a natural part of the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.

Masters Gentleman’s Club is not responsible for artwork errors (e.g., typos, incorrect design alignment) resulting from customer-submitted files that do not follow our specifications.
7. Right to Refuse Refunds or Reprints
Masters Gentleman’s Club reserves the right to decline any refund or reprint request if:

The issue arises from customer ordering mistakes.

False, exaggerated, or fraudulent claims are submitted.

The submitted artwork violates design rules or includes prohibited content.
